New York New Jersey Rail, LLC is committed to providing excellent customer service. To that end, this new Customer Service Portal will provide you with the tools to view and manage your railcars.
Class 1 Tracking Tools
These tools, provided by CSX and Norfolk Southern respectively, will allow you to track and trace your railcars from origin to destination and much more.
NYNJR Railcar Management Tool
This tool, specifically for NYNJR customers, will allow you to see all railcars currently waybilled to you, railcars currently in NYNJR custody, and railcars currently placed for unloading at your siding or track.
Effective August 1, 2019, customers on the Port Jersey Rail Division will use RailConnect to release railcars when empty. No more emails, text messages, or phone calls required.
